Question:  What happens on the free Connection call?

Answer:  Its a relaxed no pressure 15-20 minute call where we hear what brings you here, answer your questions, and sense together if coaching is a good fit.

Question: Do I need to be a Christian?

Answer:  Selah Threads is Christ centered.  We deeply value Jesus being at the center.  If your curious and respectful, you're welcome.  

Question:  What if I'm in crisis?

Answer:  If your in immediate danger or need urgent mental health support, please call emergency services or a crisis hotline.  Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or emergency care.

Question:  How long does coaching last?  

Answer:  Some women come for 6 weeks, some for 3-6 months, some up to a year.  We reassess often throughout the process.

Question:  Do you give homework?

Answer:  No formal homework.  We walk it  out together step by step.

Question:  How do scholarships work?

Answer:  Scholarships are offered as funds allow, if cost is a barrier, bring that up on the connection call.  

Question:  Is this confidential? 

Answer:  Yes, conversations are held in confidence.  

Question:  Do you coach men?

Answer:  Not at this time, this will be available in the near future.
