About Selah Threads
Walking Alongside You
We walk alongside you for a season to encourage you, strengthen you, pray with you, and help you move forward as God brings truth, healing, freedom, and restoration. Our desire is not for you to become dependent on a coach, but to grow more deeply rooted in Christ and confident in who He created you to be.
The Heart Behind Selah Threads
Sometimes what we need isn't more information or another answer. We need a place to unwind, be heard, and sort through what can feel overwhelming when we're carrying it alone. Selah Threads was created to walk along side you for a season to listen deeply, pray with you, ask meaningful questions, and make room for the Lord to bring His direction, wisdom, truth, healing, and restoration.
Jesus at the Center
Jesus is at the center of everything we do. Our trust is not ultimately in a coach, a method, or another person, our trust is in God. We make room for the Holy Spirit to lead as we seek the Lord together through prayer, scripture, biblical truth, and dependence on HIm.
Our Mission
Selah Threads is a Christ centered, Holy Spirit led coaching space for women and men walking through heartbreak, trauma, grief, betrayal, abuse, ritual abuse, loss, major life changes, or seasons of transition. We walk alongside you as you seek Jesus for healing, truth, freedom, restoration, and deeper understanding of your identity in Christ.
